GENTLE PERSON-CENTRED COUNSELLING FOR ADULTS EXPERIENCING ANXIETY, TRAUMA, GRIEF AND DIVERSE LIFE CHALLENGES.
PENZANCE, CORNWALL UK
Welcome, I'm Becky a professional qualified counsellor (MBACP) based in Penzance, Cornwall.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck or unable to see a way forward, I may be able to help. I offer one to one therapy sessions in Penzance, Cornwall, I can also work anywhere in the UK online or by phone.
I work with adults from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences, including people in caring and emotionally demanding roles and those experiencing anxiety, life transitions, trauma, PTSD, grief, neurodiversity and dementia.
I don’t believe counselling needs to be about having all the answers. I’m here to meet you where you are, listen carefully and work alongside you to understand what is happening for you.
Please do reach out to see if I may be the right person to help you. I am happy to have a free 20-minute discovery call to talk through how I can support you.
I believe in a holistic approach that recognises the connection between mind and body.
Tailored support for life's journey—trauma-informed and neuro-affirming.
A space to make sense of things
Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, and it can be difficult to know what to do next.
Counselling gives you space to talk openly, without judgement, and make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I offer a compassionate, thoughtful space where you can be heard. We can work at your pace, focusing on what feels most important to you.
My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed and neuro-affirming, with a warm, inclusive and LGBTQ+ friendly approach.
I welcome creative ways of exploring what’s going on for you, whether through writing, art, movement, connecting with nature, or other approaches that feel comfortable and meaningful to you.

Ready to take the next step?
It may seem daunting to get in touch. I understand the barriers and the stories we tell ourselves, the reasons not to get help. Reaching out is the hardest step, the rest we can work out together.
